Discount tickets for Tarleton State University Students at Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo

The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo (FWSSR) is hosting “Texas A&M System Day” on Jan. 18, 2024.

As part of the Texas A&M System, all Tarleton State University students will receive half-price rodeo tickets for the night of Jan. 18 and free grounds admission by wearing Tarleton apparel.

To receive the discounted rodeo ticket, show your Student ID card at the Dickies Arena Box office, or any Stock Show ticket office. Tickets are on sale now.

Grounds admission allows you to explore the fairgrounds, as well as the National Cowgirl Museum, Hall of Fame and the Museum of Science and History.

Other events and forms of entertainment will be taking place along with the rodeo on Jan. 18 but may not be included in the free ground’s admission ticket.

 A Miniature Horse Show will be in the John Justin Arena at 9 a.m. on the morning of Jan. 18, and the Mustang Magic Classes start at 10 a.m. in the Coliseum. Please see the FWSSR website for pricing and additional information.

The night of Jan. 18 is the Texas Champions Challenge Rodeo, and it will begin at 7:30 p.m. There will be three concerts taking place at various times and locations on Jan. 18. The Logan Brothers Band will be playing in The Corkyard at 6:30 p.m., the Old Crow Medicine Show will play at 7:30 p.m. in the Will Rogers Auditorium, and Keller Cox will play in the Bud Light Roadhouse after the rodeo at 9:30 p.m.
