Finalists for VP of Student Life position to visit campus

Tarleton has narrowed its search for a new Vice President of Student Life to three candidates and is bringing each of them to visit the university before making a decision on which will take the position, according to a email sent out to the student body today.

The three final candidates, Mari Fuentes, Laura Boren, and Wade Robinson, will each hold forums with faculty and students in order to answer questions during their visits to Tarleton.

The times and dates for the forums for students are: Mari Fuentes on April 21 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., Lauren Boren on april 23 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., and Wade Robinson on April 27 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. All student forums will be held in Math 125.

The former Vice President of Student Life, Rusty Jergins, was released from the university last November after several months of investigation and Darla Doty currently holds the position in interim.
