Chancellor Sharp: Tarleton ‘better off’ with Student Life change

In an exclusive interview today with Texan TV News Executive Producer Bethany Kyle, Chancellor of the Texas A&M University System John Sharp said he “would love” to say  why the previous vice president for Student Life, Rusty Jergins, is no longer affiliated with Tarleton “because I can promise you that Tarleton is now better off because of that change” in Student Life.

Sharp said that legally, he can’t talk about it.

According to an email sent to university faculty and staff from the president’s office last Friday, Jergins is no longer affiliated with Tarleton State University.
