The Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center gallery is currently exhibiting art by senior art majors and art students to give these students an opportunity to display their hard work.

Jordan Privett, a sophomore media design major and one of the students whose work is being showcased, said that it feels good to have people see her work. “I did something that I want other people to look at,” she said.

The gallery’s showcase is important for students to get the chance for their skills to be recognized outside the classroom. “Everyone wants their stuff to be displayed,” Privett said.

The exhibit will be open through December 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day and there is no charge.

There will also be a reception on Thursday evening at 5 p.m. in the gallery where to artists will be present to talk about their work.
